STEM Alliance Aotearoa with Te Hononga Akoranga - COMET have put together a STEM snapshot that looks at STEM engagement in Aotearoa New Zealand. Are we equipping our tamariki with the skills they need for the future workforce?
This is a data-driven snapshot of education, learning and skills in Tāmaki Makaurau. Its focus is on achievement, performance and engagement in STEM (science, technology, education & mathematics), from early childhood to industry.
Data and research supports understanding of the issues affecting educational equity, and we hope this will drive kōrero around what actions we can take collectively to address these issues. We collaborated with national level organisations to analyse and collate data for this official snapshot. It is free to use and share.
